Brittany teaches ISR lessons in Northern Palm Beach County. ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) provides the safest and most effective survival swimming lessons available. ISR teaches children 6 months - 6 years old to swim, float, and survive in the water with customized, one-on-one lessons.
Children 6 months to 1 year learn to self-rescue by rolling back to a floating position where they can rest and breathe until help arrives. Children who are over 1 and walking, learn to swim, and then when they need air they rest and float until they have enough air to continue swimming. This sequence is called swim - float - swim. By teaching children to float we provide them with a way to safely get air if they are more than a short distance from the wall or safety. ISR students learn to make safe choices in and around the water and they learn the foundational skills for a lifetime of safe, fun swimming.
Brittany teaches ISR lessons at the Live Like Jake indoor, heated pool in Palm Beach Gardens and will also travel to your private residence in Northern Palm Beach County.
