Explore the possibilities within all the discarded materials in the world around us! Learn new ways of transforming everyday objects into extraordinary works of art, developing your imagination, problem solving skills, and love for the environment in a fun, hands-on way that is unique to Resource Depot!

Campers entering kindergarten through fifth grade will share in treasure-seeking adventures through Resource Depot’s ever-changing warehouse of found objects, exploring the possibilities within all the discarded materials in the world around us. Each day includes a fun mix of staff-led projects and age-appropriate free play and experimentation in a variety of themes, including collage/assemblage, sculpture, jewelry, and sewing.

Resource Depot’s education staff will guide students in turning as they delve into a variety of artistic processes as they learn new ways of transforming everyday objects into extraordinary works of art, developing their imaginations, problem solving skills, and consideration for the environment in a fun, hands-on way that is unique to the Resource Depot you know and love from events all around the community.
